1.      Purchased tickets cannot be refunded.

2.      Artists and billed attractions may be subject to change. In the event that any artist or headliner cancels, refunds will not be available.

3.      No re-admission.  Tickets are non-transferable unless  ticketing team are notified two weeks prior to event. Re-sale is not permitted.

4.      Handling charges may be incurred through credit card payments or via authorised booking agents.

5.      In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the Promoter [Nozstock] reserves the right to refuse admission and refund the ticket value.

6.      Nozstock Ltd and its associated Promoters are unable to accept liability for personal damages, losses or injuries sustained at this event – including damage and losses to property and motor vehicles – if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons.

7.      The Promoter will not issue duplicate tickets for lost or stolen tickets.

8.      Tickets are only valid when purchased from official agents of Nozstock. Tickets bought from other sources will be refused admission.

9.      Entry will only be permitted on production of valid tickets. Tickets are only valid when presented in full. Printed paper tickets without stubs, defaced or incomplete will not be accepted for admission (please refer to point of purchase prior to the event in the case of accidental damage). E-ticket printouts must be brought. All tickets will only be accepted with valid ID.

* Please note if you lose your wristband and cannot supply either your numbered ticket stub or your e-ticket printout with valid ID when you claim your replacement you will regrettably be ejected from site.*

10.  Tickets ordered online for 2012 will be sent out as e-tickets to purchasers’ emails. Please retain your confirmation email when purchasing online as proof of purchase.

11.  Recognised ID stating proof of age will be requested on entry and may be requested at the bars or on entry to any age-restricted venues on site.

12.  Strictly no trading or flyering allowed within the venue without the Promoter’s consent.

13.  As a condition of sale, ticket holders consent to being filmed or sound recorded for TV, Video, DVD, Webcast or other public broadcast as part of the audience or by security CCTV.

14.  Tickets cannot be used as part of any marketing, media or sales promotion, whether commercial or non commercial, without the prior written consent of Nozstock.

15.  Age restrictions apply. Under 17 year olds must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult aged 18 or over. Proof of age / Photo ID may be required for entry.

16.  Children aged 12 and under must present a child ticket (free) on entry and be present with a parent or guardian aged 18 or over.  Proof of age / Photo ID may be required for entry.

17.  Campervan or live in vehicle passes should be purchased before arrival at the festival. No passes will be supplied at the entrance to the event without prior booking.

18.  Do not buy tickets from street traders and unauthorised agencies. Tickets are security printed – any attempt to pass on any other ticket will lead to automatic refusal at the entrance. Beware of forgeries. E-tickets are coded – if you cannot show proof of ID to match your name on your e-ticket on entry you will be refused admission.

19.  Official merchandise will be available on site. Please do not buy from unlawful street traders.

20.  Please use the litterbins and recycling points provided.

21.  The following items may not be brought in to the venue: Illegal Substances, Portable Laser Equipment and Pens, Unauthorised Professional Film or Video Equipment, Audio Recorders, Air Horns, Spray Cans, Fireworks and Flares or Animals. All Items will be confiscated.

22.  No campfires or other fire sources are allowed on site. No generators or sound systems are permitted unless agreed in writing with Nozstock personnel prior to arrival. You will be asked to provide proof of this permission and this will be validated on site by the personnel stated in your letter.

23.  You will not be allowed to bring alcohol into the arena from the campsite or glass containers. We offer reasonably priced drinks from our bars. Feel free to use them.

24.  Please use the toilets, not the hedges. Consider your environment.

25.  You may be searched at the entrance. Any items which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon will be confiscated.

26.  Persons suspected of carrying items which may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the arena or other parts of the site may be searched.

27.  Anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and Nozstock reserves the right to eject any ticket holder for unreasonable or dangerous behaviour.

28.  To protect your own safety and those of other guests, please act responsibly.

29.  As of July 2007 smoking is not permitted in enclosed public spaces or buildings.

30.  These guidelines are subject to change.
