Hi. I’m trying to buy my ticket on-line but I can’t. I don’t understand your ‘Buy tickets’ page … In one section it says tickets are ‘On Sale Now’ and just below it says ‘Sold Out’ – both at the same time. When I click on the ‘On Sale Now’ button, the only option that comes up is the ‘Christmas Release weekend Ticket’ offer. I clicked on that but it just says they are ‘Unavailable’. I then tried the big, round ‘Earlybird’s Tickets’ button, but all it did was take me to the ‘Christmas Release’ page again. Aaaarghhh! I’m going round in circles. I tried to email you for help by clicking on your email link – but it was Dead.

Thanks to all at Nozstock 2011….Had an absolutely wicked time and never saw an ounce of trouble all weekend, just lots of people having a great time. By far the best little Festival in the Whole of England, truly makes me happy that I’m a Herefordian and we have this fantastic event on our door step!! Looking forward to Nozstock 2012…:)
p.s. Get a Chill Out tent for next year with some Trip-Hop sounds maybe get Massive Attack or Morcheeba….then Nozstock is complete!!

Hi Nic, You will receive an e-ticket by email. It will say on it very clearly ‘this is your e-ticket’ and it will be that that you need to bring with your ID to gain access to the festival. It sounds as if there has been some confusion around your order but don’t worry – we’ll get to the bottom of it. Email tickets@nozstock.com and send them your confirmation email and they will get to the bottom of this mystery for you and give you some clear instructions on how to proceed. Cheers. ;o)

Hi Will, You can apply for a PASS card http://www.pass-scheme.org.uk/ which will be accepted as ID on entry. This can take up to 28 days (standard application) though there is a more expensive fast-track method. Might be wise to apply pretty soon to make sure you receive it in time.

Which is your local outlet? We’d better get them some more tickets. ;o) If you get really stuck you can pay by cheque. Presumably you will be attending the festival with a legal guardian aged over 18. Are they not able to purchase your tickets for you? Don’t forget you’ll need ID to get in.

Hi Robert, There is no minimum age for an adult ticket. The teen tickets are sold out and are now only available to 13-16 year olds as part of the ‘Adult & Younger Teen Bundle’ [1 x adult, 1 x 13-16 yr old]. 17 year olds + need to purchase a full price adult ticket and when the Bundles are sold out 13s and + will need to pay full price. well im 16 and my mates 17 should we go for the adult and teen ticket and then my mate have to worry about losing his passport or can we both just get adult tickets and not worry about id?

Hi Robert, we have a barcode ticket system at Nozstock so i’m afraid everyone has to bring I.D no matter what ticket they buy. Yes you and your friend can buy a bundle, but be aware as per our T&Cs anybody aged 16 or under does need to come to the festival with an adult guardian- who legally must be 18 or over. So your friend would need to ensure they had a responsible adult with them, who’s name should be quoted when buying your tickets. Cheers!

I cant get through to trader enquiries. Can you tell me if you are full for caterers please? We are 2 miles down the road from you at Collington. We run Lotty’s Pure Indulgence Bar, serving home made vegetarian cuisine, (no burgers or chips).Last year we had the same trouble, and ended up doing a festival in Cambridge instead!

Surprisingly paypal was one of the lowest fees quoted for booking fees. Please check back later to see if the process works better for you. Please update your ticket purchase page – there is no acknowledgement that the order has gone through, and no immediate email to say that the order has been sent and will be acknowledged at a later date. With the page going back to the order page, it looks like nothing has been ordered or sent through. As a result my order may have been submitted twice. Apart from that, loving the new website, looks fab!
